1.POLICY
REGARDING SAMPLING: |

Yes,
we can send you samples made for you once we start working on
an inquiry. First time buyers are charged for samples in advance.
The buyer has to pay reasonable sampling costs and courier charges.
Generally, these charges are reduced from the first order placed
by the buyer. Once the buyer becomes a client and has placed several
orders sampling is done Free of cost. |

2.WHY
L/C? |
|
| |
A
letter of Credit (L/C) is a document issued buy your bank stating
that the bank will pay for the goods once they have been manufactured
and shipped to you. The LC protects both the buyer and supplier
with the conditions mentioned in the document - for example L.c.'s
specify date of shipment, quantities, prices, inspection parties
(The Clothing Agency), origin of shipment, documents required
to clear the consignment etc. The buyer is protected against late
shipments and the seller is protected against non-payment.
You must contact your bank (international trade division). We
accept L/C's from all large recognized International Banks that
have banking relationships in Bangladesh. The L/C is a bank document
that is drawn by the buyer's bank on the manufacturers (beneficiary's)
bank. |

3.PAYMENT
TERMS: |

The
trade being international in nature, we accept only two kinds
of payment:
a) Letter of Credit or
b) Advance payment - Generally 50% with order and balance 50%
before shipment. |

4.DELIVERY
TIME: |
|
| |
The
delivery time depends on the type and size of the order. It can
vary between 8 weeks to 20 weeks. |

5.MODE
OF SHIPMENT AND SHIPMENT CHARGES: |

The
shipments are sent via either Sea or Air at the request of the
buyer. All shipment charges are paid for the buyer as the prices
are quoted to FOB (Free on Board) Bangladesh port basis. The supplier
pays for charges in case the prices were quoted CIF |

6.WHAT
ARE SHIPMENT TIMINGS? |

The
shipment timings vary according to the mode of transport
a) Air Delivery - Maximum 7 days from when goods are handed over
to the Airport
b) Sea Delivery - Generally 30 days to 45 days after goods are
handed over to the Seaport. |

8.WHO
CLEAR THE GOODS WHEN THE GOODS LAND IN THE BUYER'S COUNTRY? |

is the buyer's responsibility to arrange for the clearing of
the goods. "TEETEX ZONE" will ensure
that the buyer has all the documents (Airway bill OR bill of
lading, Packing List, Invoice, Visa or quota certificates, Origin
of Goods certificate and all other paperwork) with the buyer
before the goods reach their destination. Generally the buyers
appointed clearing agent coordinated with "TEETEX
ZONE" to ensure smooth clearing of the shipment.
