OCEAN FREIGHT CONSOLIDATION

	AIR OCEAN WORLDWIDE is a Bangladesh based NVOCC that provides freight transportation services identical to that provided by a vessel owning common carrier, but without the constraints and overhead costs associated with owning and operating a fleet of vessels. For smaller, less container load ("LCL"), shipments, AOW will consolidate your cargo with other freight. By consolidating the bookings of many large shipping volumes, AOW offers a competitive edge over other shipping companies. Through our worldwide network of quality agents, we will divan and deliver your cargo to its destination. As an independent operator, AIR OCEAN WORLDWIDE is able to offer optimum cost effective shipping services to every destination. AOW services embrace not only port to port, door to port, door to door, but also inland transshipment in Europe and other countries. Our personnel have extensive experience in handling, receiving and stuffing export LCL freight into steamship containers. The most important part of this service is to maximize the utility of the cubic capacity of cargo containers so that you enjoy the reduced rate that results from packing cargo more densely into the container. Packing, crating, blocking, bracing, securing, paneling, and platforming are part of an efficient freight consolidation. Our trained expert personnel are capable of performing all of these tasks with each and every container for the sole purpose of reducing the cost of your shipment.

OCEAN FREIGHT of FULL CONTAINER LOAD

AIR OCEAN WORLDWIDE offers a reduced rate for shipper owned or leased containers to almost any port in the world. AOW selects only reliable steamship carriers, having competitive transit times, and offering the lowest possible rates.

As a customer, you may choose one or all of the following options for your full container load ("FCL") cargo:

AOW can pick up your cargo at your facility, or you can deliver your cargo to our
warehouse
You can choose to have the container delivered to your facility, or request the
container be delivered to the AOW warehouse for loading
AOW will pack, wrap and crate your cargo for you, or you can choose to arrange for
those services yourself.
Expert AOW personnel can load your container, or you may load it yourself at your
facility.

AOW will prepare all appropriate scheduling, booking, and Bangladesh Customs Declaration documentation.

AIR OCEAN WORLDWIDE will handle all arrangements to have the container trucked back to the pier for ocean shipment to the port of destination. After the vessel leaves the Bangladesh port, AOW will issue the Bill of Lading with the name, address and telephone number of the agent. All documents will be hand delivered directly to you, or they can be forwarded in any manner you direct.

AIR FREIGHT

	Just as with ocean freight, by using a method of freight consolidation to many major cities worldwide, AOW is able to provide exceptionally low rates for airport to airport, door to airport, and door to door delivery. AOW will pick up, wrap, pack, crate, mark, and label your cargo and then ship it via air freight to the final destination. Preparing the Export Declaration, House Air Waybill, and Certificate of Origin is part of AOW's customary air services, which will be provided to you as part of your air cargo shipment.

PACKING and CRATING

	AOW employees are experienced warehouse personnel who are well acquainted with the need for handling your cargo with care. AOW uses the finest packing materials such as strong and durable Kraft cardboard boxes, high quality tapes, 18 guage plastic stretch film, and corrugated Kraft paper pads. AOW expert packers make certain that your cargo is properly packed and protected. They take the time to arrange and rearrange your cargo in order to achieve the smallest possible combination for customizing a crate with the sole purpose of reducing dead spaces in your shipment. Wooden and custom crates are specially designed and built for your glass and other fragile items to protect them and to better utilize container space. "Corrugated sheets and 1x4 woods" or "all solid" wood boxes will be recommended by our expert packers based on the particular requirements of your cargo and the countries through which the cargo will travel.

WAREHOUSE and PICK UP

	AOW expert pick up crews is ready to pick up your order anywhere in Bangladesh, even as soon as the day after your order is placed with our office. AOW trucks are equipped with inside wooden bars for protection of your cargo. If your cargo is being delivered or picked up from a location without a forklift, we can provide trucks equipped with a hydraulic lift gate. AOW operates a 10,000 square feet facility at Chittagong, Bangladesh. Complete security patrol make the AOW facility suitable for long term storage for your equipment. Enclosed warehouse while awaiting shipment. In addition to the many precautions AOW undertakes for the safety of our warehouse.

	The Customs Brokerage Division of AIR OCEAN WORLDWIDE, is located at Dhaka, Chittagong & Benapole and is ready to release your cargo at a reasonable cost and in a very timely manner. AOW's enables our expert Customs Clearance Agents to expedite the release of your cargo, in the fastest possible time.
